Full Money Back Guarantee (90 Days)

We are committed to your satisfaction at Argan World Trading. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the product price. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

ToReturn an Item (Within 90 Days):

• If you are unsatisfied with the product's performance: Ensure the product is in a reasonably usable condition (e.g., not completely empty).
• If you are returning for any other reason: Ensure the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.¹
• Contact us at arganworld.trd@gmail.com to initiate a return.
• We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will² not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted:

• We will³ send you a return shipping label (for applicable situations).
• You will receive a full refund of the product price within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make⁴ it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such⁵ as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.⁶

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.⁷
